Defective or damaged items

If you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out—we're here to help!
To expedite the resolution process and better understand the situation, it would be fantastic if you could share a photo showing the problem. Once we confirm that the issue is due to shipping damage or a faulty product, we'll happily send you a replacement at no charge or process a refund upon your request.
Please keep in mind that we're unable to accept returns or provide replacements for problems arising from improper installation or misuse of the product. We strongly recommend professional installation for decals. If you need assistance with installation, feel free to contact us, and if you're local you can pop by and we can assist.

Incorrect items

We all make mistakes, and if you happen to receive the wrong item in your order, just give us a heads up! We're here to make things right, and we'll promptly send you the correct item at no cost, with free shipping included or process a refund upon request..

Returns and Exchanges

We're happy to facilitate general returns and exchanges. Just reach out to us, and we'll provide you with the returns address. Please keep in mind that the cost of returning the order is not covered by us. For higher-value orders, we recommend using a tracked and signed service for added security.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must reach us within 28 days from the purchase date, in unused and resalable condition. Clothing should be unworn, unwashed, and free from marks. Items in poor condition won't be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be returned to you.
There are certain items that can't be returned, including:
Custom Orders – Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for orders with custom text or artwork since these items are tailor-made for each customer and don't have a resale value. It's important to double-check for typos and ensure the correct options are selected before completing the checkout process.

Refund Policy

Our goal is to complete refund processing within 3 days of receiving the item or reaching a refund agreement. Please note that we can only refund the cost of the item(s) and not any postage paid, except in cases where the error was on our end, in which we'll refund the entire order value. Kindly allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Since a refund is essentially a reversal of your payment, it will be sent back through the same method used during the original checkout, such as the original payment source.
